What you're going to get

Relaxation and contemplation are important aspects of yoga, and in Module 7, you'll learn techniques for promoting relaxation and reducing stress. You'll also practice relaxation exercises to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Finally, in Module 8, you'll integrate all the elements of body-positive yoga into a comprehensive practice. You'll practice a complete body-positive yoga class and reflect on your personal growth and the benefits of the practice.
