I recently gave birth to my second son. I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy when I met Donna for some antenatal yoga to better prepare me for the impending birth. It’s never too late to start yoga. I only had a few classes with Donna before the birth of my son. It has helped me focus my energy in breathing which relaxes and frees my mind from any unpleasant stimulus, especially during labour. It empowers me and gives me control over my body which I never knew I had. Donna individualizes her classes to suit every level, and I would certainly recommend her to anyone”
I never knew just how much one could be inspired by listening to you speak of your passion for Yoga and Mindfulness – love that word. smile emoticon I love to be inspired and you did just that for me. You speak with an eloquence that is both inviting and embracing. You make me want to explore the vast, almost unknown or rarely heard of benefits of Yoga and all that it can do to benefit our lives in a healthy and positive way.
