I am flexible in more ways than just Yoga, and depending on your needs we can discuss the type of session that would suit you the best.
My classes are ideal as regular weekly classes for a small group of six made up of your colleagues, friends or to meet new likeminded people.
Beginning with a detailed consultation, I will guide you through the various options for your class in terms of its pace, direction and focus. A form will be sent in advance to ascertain your goals which we will monitor over the six week duration.
The sessions can be held in my home studio, your office or home.
Cost per person per session (group of six) at my studio is £75. Price on application regarding external office/home visits.
Costs for all other locations are available on request.
This is one of the best ways to practice Yoga. The classes are geared towards your overall wellbeing, fitness level and long term goals.
My approach is to start with a consultation so that the content, pace and focus of each session can be tailored to help you achieve your goals. We will run through a practise together working on postures to assess your abilities. Please allow 90 minutes for your first consultation and session.
You will be provided with ‘homework’ recommendations to enable you to work on postures between classes which will help you to improve your practise further.
Cost for consultation and initial Yoga practice is £112.50 at my home studio.
Cost per hour after your first visit is £75.00 per hour at my home studio.
Yoga sessions take place at my home studio, or if you prefer I can come to your home for individual classes, and if you’ve got the space then you might want to consider inviting a few friends over and I can lead a practise for all of you!
Please note that once a one-to-one session is booked, there is a 48 hours cancellation notice period, or full payment will be incurred.
